If this English version and the Korean version differ, the Korean version prevails.
1. Purpose
These terms set out the rights, duties and responsibilities between the individual developer ("the developer") and users of the Android app Declutter ("the app").
2. Eligibility and age
The app includes a one-time in-app purchase and is for users 14 and older only. Children under 14 may not install or use the app, and use may be restricted if discovered.
3. The service
The app finds burst shots and screenshots on your device and helps you decide what to keep or remove. All analysis happens on the device.
4. Responsibility for deletion
The app only helps you choose what to delete; files are moved only through the Android system trash (MediaStore Trash). Whether items can be recovered from the trash depends on Android and your device settings, and the developer is not responsible for data lost through deletion. Please check before you delete.
5. In-app purchase and payment
Some features are unlocked with a one-time in-app purchase. Payment is processed only through Google Play Billing, and refunds follow Google Play's refund policy. After reinstalling or switching devices with the same Google account, use "Restore purchase" to recover it.
6. Free trial
For a period after first install (the trial), every feature is available without purchase. After the trial the app remains free to use, but limits apply to some features (daily cleanup amount, sort and filter, screenshot quick-move slots and more) and ads are shown. Daily limits can be raised by watching rewarded ads, and the one-time purchase removes all limits and ads. Changing the device date or time to extend the trial violates these terms, and the app may detect it and end the trial immediately.
7. Prohibited conduct
You may not reverse-engineer the app, bypass purchase verification, or use it to break the law.
8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is", without any promise of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect, incidental or special damages arising from use of the app.

Changes are posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
